Econext Lighting Technology LLC operates www.econext-ligting.com and to promote and sell Econext brand lighting products for consumer market. The products are also sold on www.amazon.com and through other distributors and retailers.

Content and Intellectual Property

All our internet contents including but not limited to our websites and e-commerce sites, and our product information, concepts, documents, and graphics you see, hear or otherwise experienced on our website are protected by US and international copyright trademark and other laws, and belong to Econext Lighting LLC and its partners, affiliates, licensors, suppliers, or other third parties. Should there be any concerns, questions, or suggestions on our Internet contents, please email to info@econext-lighting.com.

Econext Lighting provides one year product warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Within the product warranty period, if the product is damaged or not functioning properly under normal use, it needs to be sent to Econext Lighting’s Minnesota facility for repair. Buyer is responsible for the inbound shipping cost. Econext Lighint shall repair or replace the machine within 3 business days, and be responsible for the cost of shipping the repaired product back to the buyer.

Product warranty is automatically registered at the time you purchase the product. To file a product warranty claim, please send email to warranty@econext-lighting.com to initiate the claim process. Customer will need to provide the proof of purchase, usually the order copy, production batch number, as well as the reason of claim.

Currently our product warranty policy only cover orders from the 48 contiguous states in the US. For other areas, buyers need to pay all shipping cost to and/or from our Minnesota warehouse for the warranty services.

30 Day Return or Replacement

All products purchased directly from our company, through but not limited to our e-commerce webiste or our Amazon store, are qualified for 30 day return for replacement or full purchase price refund.
Please email us via service@econext-lighting.com to initiate product return and replacement process.

The product should be returned as unused or minor trialed, no any cosmetic damage, and in the original undamaged packaging. Our customer service representative will contact you to issue a return merchandise authorization form (RMA) and the return instruction. You should receive full purchasing credit within 3 business days the returned product received in our warehouse. If packaging inside the box is damaged or any accessory missing, we may charge up to 20% restocking fee. If not stated as the condition of the sale, buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

For the return or replacement of a defective products, Econext Lighting LLC is responsible for all shipping cost of return and replacement.

For the return of the products sold as Used or Used-Like-New, buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Free Shipping

For orders fulfilled from our Minnesota warehouse, free economy shipping service is provided for all retail selling products to all destination addresses within 48 contiguous states in the US. FedEx Ground service or equivalent courier services are used.

Orders placed before 11am CST on working days will be processed and shipped out the same day from our Minnesota warehouse. Our warehouse does not work in the weekends and all public holidays. Order placed on Friday after 11am CST will be processed and shipped out the next Monday. Customers may expect one or two day delay for orders places the day before national holidays.

Orderes fulfilled by Amazon follow Amazon Prime policies.
